Summary
Lindsey Hilsum ("Wealth and terror", 1 May) does Muslims a disservice by referring to Saudi "clerics" who sanction the mass murder of innocent people as "conservative" or "ultra-conservative". Such language suggests that Muslims who are strict in their faith sympathise with terrorism, and that it is a sign of danger when a Muslim shows he or she is "conservatively" religious (eg, a woman covering her face).
